How about a baby? Cute pajamas (with feet if you can find them!), ponytails in your hair, freckles made out of eyeliner, and carrying a teddy bear or blankie are all you need! Add a pacifier around your neck or hold a bottle for extra detail.
Or a teacher...skirt and blouse that look older with your hair in a bun and glasses.
or pippi longstockings...do you know who she is? put your hair in two braids, then string a hanger through both so they stick straight out. you wear rag looking clothes with high socks, preferrably ones with stripes. i did this every year in high school!
or a cat. you can get ears in a headband and a tail at claires, i think, then wear all black and paint your nose and whiskers.

You're a "Stocker". You know.....a stalker with socks. ha. ha. You wear your great socks and then big sunglasses, obsessed with someone, carry a camera, follow people around, use binocularsfor everything, leave crazy notes...
